Royal Raspberry Cheesecake
1 (16 oz) package Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla flavored pudding
1 (8 oz)container whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 oz) package fresh (or frozen) raspberries
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1. Melt CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to directions on package.
2. Pour Vanilla CANDIQUIK® in a large bowl over the dry vanilla pudding and softened cream cheese; blend until smooth.
3. Mix in whipped topping, 1/2 of the container at a time and blend until well combined; fold in raspberries.
4. Carefully spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Keep refrigerated.
