A tropical bark filled with pineapple and coconut!
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) package Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating
3/4 cup dried pineapple pieces
1/2 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
Instructions
1. Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt & Make™ Microwaveable Tray according to directions on package.
2. Mix dried pineapple and coconut directly in tray of CANDIQUIK.
3. Spread mixture about 1/4-inch thick on wax or parchment paper; let set until dry.
4. Break or cut into pieces.
