Easter Bonnets
1 (16 oz) package Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating
24 round shortbread cookies
12 large marshmallows, frozen
Decorative Icing and Sprinkles
Oil or powder based food colorings & flavorings (optional)
1. Melt CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt & Make™ Microwaveable Tray according to directions on package. (To create different colored bonnets, mix oil or powder based colorings and into CANDIQUIK® after melting.)
2. Dip cookies in melted CANDIQUIK®. Place on wax paper to set.
3. Cut frozen marshmallows in half with a sharp knifedip in melted CANDIQUIK® and place in the center of the cookie.
4. When bonnets are dry, decorate as desired.
Suggestions: Pipe ribbon of icing for hatband, add bow design, create dots and flowers on bonnets, decorate with sprinkles.
